Programme Structure

The programme runs for 6 months (FEBRUARY-AUGUST 2026) and is divided into two stages:

SPRINT 1: Training (3 months)

Online Entrepreneurship & Innovation workshop by University of Galway.


Choose from 15+ expert-led modules in:

• Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, IoT, Big Data, Cybersecurity


• Agile Project Management, Leadership, Digital Marketing, Business Planning

Outcome: TRL 1–2 Go-to-Market Strategy, Pitch Deck

Training courses

SPRINT 2: Mentoring (3 months)

Participants who successfully complete SPRINT 1 will receive support in the following focus areas:

• Business modelling & prototype development
• Marketing, funding & investor readiness
• Legal & IP issues
• Access to partners, incubators, accelerators

Outcome: TRL 3+ Proof of Concept, Technology-Market Fit Report, Final Pitch

At the end of SPRINT 2, an online event will be organised during which the applicants who fully complete the OC3 Programme will pitch and showcase their solutions to ADT4Blue’s consortium partners. The top 3 solutions will be selected and invited to attend the ADT4Blue’s Final Event, which will take place between August and October 2026 in Aveiro (Portugal) 

During the ADT4Blue’s Final Event, the selected participants will get to pitch and showcase their solutions in front of a panel composed of investors, funding agencies and key representatives from Blue Economy stakeholders and technology providers.
