The ADT4Blue Open Call 1 is running from October 18th to December 18th 2024 at 5 pm CET, and the ADT4Blue programme will run from mid-January to early-June 2025.
How does it work?
Through its first open call, ADT4Blue will select up to 20 teams and their innovative ideas addressing the Blue Economy innovation challenges presented below. The selected teams will integrate an intensive, customised and free training and mentoring programme to enhance their skills and expertise and further develop their vanguard ideas using Advanced Digital Technologies (ADT). The ADT4Blue Programme will be divided into 3 phases: teams will participate in a 7 weeks-long workshop on entrepreneurship, which will culminate in participants pitching their ideas; then, teams will have the opportunity to choose from a range of training modules offered by the ADT4Blue training programme and attend all the modules or select those that best align with their learning objectives and the specific needs of their solution. Hence, the selected teams will enter the ADT4Blue mentoring programme, in which they will find support in turning their ideas developed to address the challenges into business ventures. Finally, the teams who present a TRL 4 or 5 solution at the end of the Programme will have the chance to pitch their solutions to stakeholders.
