Frequently asked questions

There’s no specific time, it depends on what they agree with their mentees and how much help mentees would need. There is not a timetable, they can meet once a week for example and decide how long each session will last depending on availability.

The workshops are not part of the mentoring programme. The mentoring programme starts once the workshops and training are over.

The idea is for each mentor to have a team, but that also depends on how many mentors and teams we get.

• Enhanced Expertise: Deepen knowledge of Advanced Digital Technologies and their applications in the Blue Economy
• Leadership Development: Build and refine leadership, coaching and problem-solving skills through hands-on mentoring
• Networking Opportunities: Connect with ADT4Blue and a diverse group of higher-education students, alumni, entrepreneurs and industry experts
• Exposure to Emerging Trends: Stay at the forefront of digitalisation and sustainability trends in the Blue Economy

Voluntary

For the moment we haven’t considered any way of monitoring the relationship, we offer flexibility and believe they can manage on their own but of course we are always available in case any of the parties faces any issues or disagreements.

It will be small teams or even individuals participating on their own. I don’t remember the max number of people on each team but don’t think there will be more than 3-4 people.

The main format is virtual since most probably mentors and mentees will not live in the same country.
